Kaleidoscope of Polish Colors

The concert is the quintessence of the activity of the "Mazowsze" ensemble. For over seventy years, evolving, it has been consistently delighting audiences at every latitude. It is a selection of dances and songs from various regions of Poland, as well as national dances. During the concert, the audience, together with the artists of "Mazowsze", travel across Poland, learning about characteristic dances, chants, music and costumes. It is these that complete the whole image of "Mazowsze" not only in the Kaleidoscope of Polish Colors, but in each program of the ensemble.

During the concert, the audience will travel with the band from Kashubia, through Kujawy, Zielona Góra, the Mazovia region, the Lublin region, to the mountains and Silesia. They will be led by music written by Tadeusz Sygietyński, played by the symphony orchestra of the "Mazowsze" band conducted by Jacek Boniecki. The masterful choreographies of Witold Zapała, painting colorful pictures on the stage, fill the concert with energy that grows with each subsequent piece, reaching its culmination in the Finale. There will be no shortage of Mazovian hits, such as Kukułeczka, Cyt, cyt, or Furman. The Kaleidoscope of Polish Colors is a program touching on what is placed in the first place in "Mazowsze" - Polish culture and Polish folklore in a perfectly stylized form, accessible to every viewer.
